Taina Rodriguez-Berardi heads back to Long Beach to join the teaching staff of Yoga 108 for their 2022-2023 300-hr. Yoga Teacher Training. With a focus on engaging activism through education, Taina shines a light on Yoga’s revisionist history and potential as a technology for social change. Taina will be leading the following modules:

• Yoga & Social Change

About Yoga 108 300-hr. Advanced Teacher Training:

It’s hard to find an advanced teacher training program… so we’ve spent the last 5 years building our own….and we are so excited to launch it this October!

✨We focus on a deepening of understanding of yoga philosophy and Ayurveda. Students will be diving in and looking at concepts that are life changing and transformative, both physically and mentally
✨We also focus on teaching skill, asana, sequencing & anatomy…many 200-hr. teaches graduate and feel insecure about their teaching and may have “imposter” syndrome. Our focus in this course is to help each individual student find their unique voice as a teacher and feel confident sharing yoga with others.
